Panjin Bafang Industrial Co., Ltd., situated in the Liaoning New Material Industrial Economic Development Zone of Panjin City, Liaoning Province, was established in 2004. It is a company dedicated to the research, development, and production of fine chemical products and road asphalt materials, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Currently, the company employs over 100 staff members, including 32 technical researchers and developers. It serves as a supplier to China North Industries Group Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, China Communications Construction Company Ltd., as well as the fireworks, pharmaceutical, pesticide, and new material industries.

In 2020, the company expanded its production scope and invested in the construction of a 1000-ton/year production project for ferrocene and its series of chemicals. It also engaged in the research, development, and production of ferrocene and its derivatives, including octylferrocene, carbazole, ethylferrocene, tert-butylferrocene, as well as products such as 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole, methyl stearate, p-toluenesulfonic acid, inhibitors, phosphine ligands, and halides. The company has reached long-term cooperation intentions with multiple listed companies and high-tech new material enterprises.
